GLOBAL DAY OF DISCOVERY
The Renaissance hotel chain celebrated its 150th anniversary on May 5th, culminating in a month-long celebration, with a highlight Global Day of Discovery event at the St. Pancras Renaissance hotel in London. The concept was a “Tea After Dark” multi-course Navigator’s Dinner with theatrical design and elevated bar rituals, curated by fashion icon-turned-mixologist Portia Freeman and Alexandra Dudley, author and host of the Come For Supper podcast. The menu showcased an unexpected twist on the executive chef’s 150 Anniversary Menu along with tea infused cocktails in partnership with iconic London brand Fortnum & Mason.
